Refund requests should be submitted to the original payment processor (ex. Apple for purchases made in-app on an iOS device, or Google Store for Android device). Refund eligibility is subject to the terms of use and other policies of the applicable pament processor.

  • SandSoft does not have the ability to process refunds for iTunes Appstore transactions since purchases are made through the iOS payment platform. To request a refund, you should see a ''Report a Problem'' link next to the item you purchased.  App Store refunds typically take a day or two to process and you might get contacted by Apple Support to verify the reason for the request.
  • SandSoft does not have the ability to process refunds for the Google Play Store transactions since purchases are made through the Google Play payment platform. To request a refund, you should go to Google Play Help topic. Google may give refunds for some purchases made through Google Play’s billing system, based on their refund policies. You may need to get in touch with Google Play support directly.
