I haven't received rewards after watching an ad or a rewarded video!

• Please make sure to not quit in the middle of the ad in order to receive the reward. If you have watched the ad or rewarded video yet still have not received your reward, please give it a few seconds before trying to watch it again. Sometimes there may be delays between the end of the Video Ad and the reward being given. We also encourage you to keep the game up to date via app stores containing bug fixes and game enchancements.

Is there a limit to the number of ads I can watch?

• Yes. To maximize the availibility of ads for all players, there is a limit to the number of ads you may watch per day or specific feature.
  
  

The ads aren't loading correctly. What can I do to fix it?

• In most cases, this is the result of poor device performance or weak network connectivity. Please also check, if you have any ad-blockers installed. To maximize your device's performance - make sure to clear out your cache, close other apps operating in the background and routinely turning your device off and back on.
