Don’t panic! We’re here to help! First, check to see if you have re-connected your Google Play or Game Center. 
 
If you did not connect a Google Play or Game Center, we may not be able to restore your old saved progression at 100%, but we can get you started on a new game. If you contact us, please make sure you provide us with the following information:
  1. Your NEW Player ID
  2. Your OLD Player ID (if you have it)
  3. A brief description of the progress you had
  4. Purchase receipts for any in-app purchases you may have made
